I'm pretty sure god would give you his own rules. 
I'm a Chess intermediate and Go beginner player

There is a much simpler way. Prepare the board and stones and start the clock. Now wait if you are white or play your first move if you are black. I am pretty certain your opponent will time out. Since God "is" omnipresent, nobody can say your opponent wasn't there. Since (s)he "knows" everything, nobody can say he didn't know about the game. Since (s)he "is" omnipotent nobody can say anything prevented him/her from placing a stone and pressing the clock. You just won against someone who was in the room, knew you were playing him/her and had every chance to play as well. That is a fair win, unlike some other suggestions in this forum

I'm pretty sure if you're doing that, God's actually scoring 1:1 against him/her self regardless. If they aren't your moves, you aren't playing
