Black C13 was a huge problem for me. I had no idea what to do with it and wasn't happy with the result from the game.

I was happy to get O15 because I wanted to reduce the utility of black's solidly connected wall but realise that M13 more or less scuppered my own hopes for it.

Black F3 was another problematic invasion. (I sense a trend, here.)

At the very end, I realise that I should have played C3 instead of N5 and, after giving C3 to black, I was looking for a place to resign.

No problem

Actually, IMO the first and third points there are tied together. That B4 move is another way to play (as is B5 etc), but locally in that corner you sort of still owe another move. It's hard to find a more exciting alternative to E3 at move 62 that doesn't invite Black to go chomping after your corner, but at the same time you hurt K3 when you play E3. It's this dilemma that makes me feel like the position had owed another move for some time.

If you'd played G3 after B4, then the lower side is reasonably well settled for you. Although the kick and jump to F4 leaves C3 aji (which you can resolve at some point with B6+B5, often in sente, when Black has the two point jump+iron post sort of shape), it helps remove a lot of the D4->K3 aji, which is perhaps more painful than what's left at C3.

Topazg, black s16 for 19 is a very bad move: it helps white to live where he wasn't 100% alive yet, removes liberties from the outside stones and makes the p14 cut more severe. The q15 black played is a good solid move (though perhaps a tad slow, tenuki also good) but instead of simply answering at r16 white can think about probing at o18 first: if black hanes then white doesn't need to add a move in the corner to avoid death but can play the outside at k17, and if black descends at p19 then white can answer in the corner happy that o18 has more liberties now. White o18 is in fact the normal move for white in this shape on move 18 instead of tenuki to the lower side.

And t19 is Pippen being bonkers, like bayu said hane is where to start.

Kick looks better than b4. Also after c13 just d12. Importand thing is to stop it connecting to the group below (which would be weaker if you had kicked) and then black has two weak groups. But your uncomfortablness here stems from playing that top left joseki when you don't have a pre-existing extension from the gote wall it creates, like topazg said.

More about the top right corner

It is quite telling, how many of us play along this joseki all day, without being 100% sure about the status of this result. Myself included.
