Hello. I played this game like black in IGS today. There are a big mistakes, I fought to live one group when I think that I must did a exchange or when I lived, kill the group of down.
I want know a few commentary but especially if I lived my group mysteriously (I must say that I am review it and I thought that I played like berseker and my oponent did a mistake).

Yes, W could have killed the upper side B group. Perhaps the simplest way would be to defend the outside weaknesses at move 101, with a move like J13. The B shape is dead, even if B gets the next move.
