Hmm... ok, I've just played a few games against the computer on Pandanet (IGS), because I want to learn and play that game on a real goban and with real stones first, before I start to play online. But the problem is, there is no Go Club in Innsbruck. [emoji17]

I would really recommend trying to find someone to play with over the board, it's just so much more fun as a beginner, believe me.
In case there really isn't any possibility for that, I would seriously consider switching to chess instead (for example), as it is somewhat similar and there's probably a club near you.

But if you want to stick with go regardless, one piece of advice: start with small boards (9x9, later 13x13) until you have a basic grasp on some simple tactics. On kgs and ogs you can play on even smaller boards than 9x9 and you can chat and have your games reviewed, so that's probably a good place to start.

Yeah, I've contacted him and he answered, that he would play with me, if I'm interested. He also said that a few people contact him sometimes. Maybe we can found a club someday. [emoji4]
