Hi,
I´m going to spend a semester abroad in Qingdao, Shandong province for the next 4 months. Do you guys know any recommended go clubs/ go schools were I could spend some of my time off? I´m about EGF 3D.
Best regards,
Nils

Do you speak/read any Chinese? It will be difficult if the answer is no.
A quick Baidu Maps search reveals several schools in the Qingdao area: http://j.map.baidu.com/cb4uD
Just based on the names, the 博思围棋园 and 晨曦围棋俱乐部 are probably good starting points.
From my personal experience, Chinese players of your ability are most active behind closed doors (= gambling). My recommendation is to find a school for children. The teacher will be a high-skill player by necessity. If you can demonstrate your ability to that person you will almost certainly be invited to an unlisted club to play against truly good opponents.
Let us know how you get on.

Re: Go Clubs in Qingdao, Shandong Province
Hi everybody,
after getting in touch with the local Go scene I was able to join the school of Wang laoshi (2P). I study and play there 3 times a week and improve my reading by doing roughly 2 hours of tsume go at home. Additionally I was able to locate a smaller club with a few local dan players. I will keep you posted.
Best regards,
Nils
