Re: how to reach inseong
If you have sent him an email and a facebook message and he doesn't answer, then that is very probably intentional. Maybe he did not find the time to answer yet as he is very busy, or maybe he have chosen not to take time from his schedule to answer you for reasons that are his own.
Whichever of those two possibilities is true, finding more ways to contact him would be counterproductive, if not rude.
(but if you are actually looking for the most efficient way to bother him, I guess messaging him on KGS repeatedly during one of his lessons would be it. His schedule can be found on his academy's website. Please don't do it).

Re: how to reach inseong
It sounds like you already know how to contact him. He's a pretty busy guy, so I'd give him some time to get a response.
When the Yunguseng Dojang wasn't as big, I recall him saying that he averaged around 10 game reviews per day. Given the quality of the reviews, if I were in his position, I'd imagine that it might be difficult to keep up with all of your emails, especially if they require further time commitment (e.g. an interview). There's also the winter go camp coming up next week that he must have to prepare for
Anyway, Inseong is a good guy. I'd just give it some time. He'll either respond to you, or you can take it as a sign that he's not interested in an interview right now.

That, plus EYD and AYD reviews all week and end-of-season player reports. I have no idea when he sleeps.
The few emails that I've sent him have been returned within a week or two.

Oh! I've just realized that I forgot to answer you for a long time..
Yes, I received your mail but because it was the 'during the season' period, I thought I can't make time for an interview and then it just entirely slipped from my mind..
Anyway, I'm truly sorry that I didn't answer you directly. I'll tell more details personally.
Sincerely,
In-seong
