Still officially AGA 5d but I play so irregularly these days that I am probably only 3d or 4d over the board (but hopefully still 5d in terms of knowledge, theory and the ability to contribute).

Wrong side of the state. I visit Winston Salem regularly as my daughter lives there.

Welcome! Back when I lived in Rocky Mount, igolocal said that there was a player in town, but I never made contact.
There's also clubs that meet in Raleigh/Durham, and most years there are two tournaments--though I'm not sure if there's going to be a spring one this year.
