Yup - and 6k on igs. I don't play much on wbaduk though and tend to play there late at night.

An unusual game in that I didn't win or loose by more than 20 points. I think I got tripped up by trying to be too clever.

Three hane-connects. :b17: is just early. :b33: is smaller than D8. :b57: is sleepwalking: you need to play R13 right now.

The problem with :b71: is that it is meaningless unless you have an attack on the white group top right.

Endgame before middlegame is cart before horse.

Getting my groove back

Brief update - I'm still alive and playing go. For one brief week late last year I even managed to crack 1k on dgs. But then alas I went away over Christmas and my iPod died. I spent a while getting a replacement and timed out on a bunch of matches in the meantime - dropping a few ranks in the process. Oh the wailing and gnashing of teeth! What had I done to deserve such a fate! (The truth, I'm sorry to say, is that I did sulk for a couple of days when I found out what had happened).

Anyway with no iPod and mounting work pressure around the same time, I was away from go for a while. But I'm back now - albeit a bit rusty.
