Is there an engine that plays better than aya bot(634e not MC) and weaker than gnugo or dariush go engine?
And a second question... Gnugo is stronger to dariush or not?

With the right settings, GnuGo can play up to SDK strength. Mid-sdk is where AyaMC kicks in, so I'm not sure what you're looking for. In fact, according to this chart on the Dariush web site, GnuGo 3.7 is stronger than Aya 6.34. I guess you might be looking for an engine that plays at around 10k? You can tweak parameters on any of the modern engines or play with handicap stones. Playing a stronger engine with a few handicap stones is often a good idea anyway; you can learn a lot by playing with a better player.
According to this page engine that comes with Dariush is apparently around 16k on KGS. GnuGo is certainly stronger.
