How to run a robot Go player on KGS

after read this article ：http://www.michna.com/kgsbot.htm ，I have download instantbots.zip, unpacked the files, and followed the instructions in the read me file. And also create a KGS account for this bot and edit a few .bat and .ini files.But at last ,it can't work , it is failure to run the robot Go player on KGS . if there have some suggestion for help ,please tell me .thank you!
