I swear i remember seeing a site that you could post your game and have it reviewed by others. Anyone has the link?

It was the GTL. It is now defunct due to a decline in review requests, with respect to the maintenance cost and energy required by the admins. The archive remains available:

Wow, i did know gokibitz, but Go academy is new for me, very good site, i just registered... seems like they have not sooo many active users at the time being, but i hope that will change
