Copy the contents of your file into the textbox and put a [ sgf-full ] tag around them.

Re: forum/sgf
You can either copy the contents of the SGF file into the posting with "sgf"/"sgf-full" tags around it, or:
- attach the SGF file,
- look for the file link in the "Posted attachments" section of the posting form,
- copy that link between "sgf"/"sgf-full" tags.
A good system naturally covers all corner cases without further effort.

Just to clarify, by contents Li Kao means open the sgf with a text editor (such as Notepad if you're on Windows) and copy the text you see there. Harleqin's method also works.
We don't know who we are; we don't know where we are.
Each of us woke up one moment and here we were in the darkness.
We're nameless things with no memory; no knowledge of what went before,
No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be.
