Re: 2016 Limin Cup
Oh, that's ryan? I didn't recognize the name.
Ah well, shibano is pretty strong, one of Japan's few hopeful star-to-be's.
too bad this tournament's prize is so little, so it isn't getting that much attention. The strength of the players is very strong though, definitely international tournament level.

Re: 2016 Limin Cup
It surprises me a bit that Ke Jie still compete in this tournament, I think the no.1 wouldn't bother age-limited tournaments, especially since his schedule is already busy enough. But Shin Jiseo, Mi Yuting... are also here, so it will surely be interesting.
Does anyone has the full result of this round? Some games are not on Wbaduk.

Re: 2016 Limin Cup
Oro's result shows Byun's loss by 0.5 and Tygem shows Byun's win by 0.5.
You can guess which server I was watching.
Shin Minjun vs Ke Jie 2:0 (Shin won against Ke in the future Tengen match.)

Re: 2016 Limin Cup
This draw seems to favor Chinese players, isn't it? They surely have a place in the semi, and their strongest player left plays the supposedly weakest Korean player. It can't be better.

Re: 2016 Limin Cup
I wouldn't say so. In this way, 1 chinese player is eliminated for sure. If they all had korean opponents, there is a good chance all three can go through.
