I used to be a kgs 2d, I stopped playing for 2 years and got back a month ago to the game, I almost have my dan back. I am not a very strong player but I did get from "what is go?" to being a 1d KGS in about 2 months. I've opened a new go channel whose current focus is to give people stuck in a kyu rank ways to approach their self-learning in a more effective way. I also give lectures and teaching games on KGS free of charge, my nickname on KGS is Pettyx2, while my youtube channel is called Pettyx Go.
