Thanks. Worth a try. If it is OK, will include it in later version.

But cutting 32-bit apps support will be coming rather soon (And Apple's tools will enforce more and more restrictions).
It works! Submitted a new version to App Store for the single fix.

According to a few users who sent us thanks, feedbacks and suggestions to the support email feedbacks@goeye-app.com(In Settings/Feedback), they were happy with the version and didn't experience the problems on iPad and iPhone. I tried on iPad Air/Air2/Mini4 and iPhone SE which run iOS 10.x, Go Eye app is smooth as expected.

Would you be more specific about the problems you met? What menus? And how did you get to the point? Thanks.

Generally posting questions and asking for fix in App Store review might not be a good idea until Apple launch iOS 10.3 which will allow developers to reply to review comments. Here I also suggest all Go Eye users having question, suggestions, or others, please send your details to our mail box in order to get your problem fixed asap (In Go Eye app's Setting page, tap "Feedback" to send or directly copy the email address to your mail client).

Does Go Eye provide a way to share SGF files, and not just images/PDFs?

Yes, there are two ways:
One: In the "All games", click edit, select the games. Then you can share to emails, or dropbox, etc (If for single game, it just exports sgf. If multiple games, it will export one zip).

Two: In the book page (PDF) mode, you share to email with both SGF and PDF.

BTW: What iOS are you using? Are you experiencing the problem of crash in menus? Thanks.

I experience no crashes using version 3.0.1 on my iPhone 4s running iOS 9.3.5.

One thing would be very helpful in identifying the crash problem is to send the crash log of Go Eye to us. Please follow the method in https://support.scruff.com/hc/en-us/art ... rash-logs- to find the log.

Here is the steps of how to obtain crash logs directly from an iOS device:
Open the Settings app
Select Privacy
Select Diagnostics & Usage
Select Diagnostics & Usage Data
Locate any logs that are named Go Eye (listed in alphabetical order)
Open the most recent crash log for Go Eye Copy all of the data

Thanks!

Thanks! That's a very useful function for me -- was surprised that it wasn't available from within the game record itself :)

10.2.1 on iPhone and iPad, haven't noticed any crashes in the menus.

Thanks! Adding the sharing in main game view page is also a good suggestion. Will include that in future version.

Ok I have sent you the crash report (apparently SIGSEGV segmentation fault).
The app crashes when clicking on any menu buttons (Web, Image REc, All Games, Recent, Favorites, etc) except for the button + New which works as expected.

I am not the only experiencing this: there is a comment on the app store by Zorropad (not me) march 22 who has the same issue on an Ipad.

Thanks for sending the crash reports. The crash happens in system library. Will check if there is an incompatible API is used. How about the menu "about/help/settings"?

Also, all your iPads running different version have the crash? Thanks.

I have only one Ipad so was not able to test on another device.
I also have an iphone 5s under IOS 9.3.4 on which Go Eye 3.01 works smoothly.

As for the menus :
the menu about/ leads as well to the crash (before any sub-menu appears).

Question : if the IOS option in Settings: 'Share crash logs with apps dev' is on, does Apple send you the crash reports ?
It is currently off on my device but I can activate it...

Thanks for the clarification of menu problems. Will try to identify the problem on iOS 9.3.x and fix the problem.

Yes, if the option is activated, crash reports of all apps will be sent to Apple (anonymously). Developers will be able to see the crash reports from Apple.
