New President of Korea amateur 4 dan?

I couldn't find other corroboration, but there's this picture:

From the game position, looks like white to move, seems to have sente. I guess I would play in the large open space on white's right side, but I'm not very good. Maybe more important to jump out with group on the upper left side?

IIRC, Lee Dahye posted on Facebook that he takes about 3~4 stones from pro. She also said he was unique in that he seemed to know names and details about even the unpopular pros.

Yes Moon Jae-in is an amateur 4 dan. According to this Sina article

http://sports.sina.com.cn/go/2017-05-10 ... 1836.shtml

he was born in refugee camp, was sentenced to 8 month in prison while attending law school for protesting against president Park Chung-hee (the expelled president Park Geun-hye's father), was an army special force, a lawyer, and amateur 4 dan. He made a speech last year at Korean Go Association on AI and Go (he thinks AI is good for Go). Lee Sedol endorsed him and was very active in his campaign.
