Hello,
Will you please tell me how make a SGF file from this game?

As others have said - it already IS an SGF file. Or at least - chunk of text in SGF format.

To make an SGF file out of that, copy all text between '(' and ')' including the parentheses into your friendly text editor and then Save As with an '.SGF' extension. This will give you an SGF file which you can then click and automatically open with your favorite SGF viewer.
