Move 24 : you need to cut at C15
Move 82 : you're already alive, this move is really small and gote

Another remark : the lower right corner stayed open until move 165 (were black took it). There's a lot of points here, and it should have been taken way before

Move 170 : the correct move is Q3
Move 204 : that's not the correct way to defend: you'll need to add another move later to protect the B13 weakness that appear when E12 don't have external liberties anymore
Move 208 : you don't need to play this now,

At the end of the game, how did you score it? It's not finished

Move 12: This is a relatively low priority area. It has nine empty spaces between stones. The upper side has 11, as does the right side.
Furthermore, your position in the lower left is strong and low. A move by black on the lower side cannot threaten it. That makes it even lower priority area for black, and consequently a lower priority area for you.
The best move for you would probably be one of K16 or K17, O17, R14, or R10.

Move 16: Your group in the lower right is safe. It can make eye spce with either L3 or R3. If he tries to attack by taking one of them, you easily defend by taking the other. ( This is known as 'miai' ) So you do not have to defend it.
O17 is much bigger, and probably best.

Move 18: This is risky. You are starting a fight in an area where he has more stones than you do.
G17 is much safer.

Move 24: As Tryss says, you must cut at C15. Connect your stores; separate his.

Move 30: This is risky. Again, you provoke a fight when your own stones are not strong. Better to make the extension at K17/K16.

Move 32: Good!

Move 62: This allows him to defend easily, and suddenly your two stone group is next to a four stone group. ( This is the third time in this game that you start a fight with the weaker group. Changing this habit will make you stronger. )
Consider E9 instead. It threatens D10 and C8. When he patches that area, you play H9. When he defends against that, you ladder the F9/F8 stones to the southeast.

In summary: the biggest improvement that you can make is to start asking yourself which groups are strong, and which are weak. It doesn't appear that you do that. You initiated at least three fights with the weaker group, and at least twice you erred in the other direction by reinforcing groups that did not need it.
Make that change and you will be SDK soon.

At move 170, Tryss notes that Q3 is better. He is correct. Indeed, Q3 is strong enough that it should be played a move earlier. When black defends against it, you tenuki with a big move like J6.

A few comments. :)

Main focus: Avoid unnecessary plays and small plays.

Good luck! :)
