is a joseki mistake. You have to capture and let B connect under.
is small and does not properly protect the G16 weakness (as B promptly demonstrated). In hindsight, defending at C14 was important.
should probably just be E13, giving B no further forcing moves. The following B pushes and hane were painful. The sequence through was a huge loss. B gained great center strength, while reducing your formerly impressive moyo to a badly over-concentrated territory.
:w108: was very nice. Good tenuki, dan level move.
:w126: should just be O18 to keep sente. The game sequence cost you nearly a full move.
