Uhm, but Marcel, the Austrian Go Association has its own domain, why not install a phpBB forum there?
And maybe the admins of L19 would assist you in installing whatever is needed for the SGF stuff?

One option is to make a group where only users of that group see the forum. The downside is that users have to be added to the group one by one.
