Any info about this tournament? "Weiqi Rally"

Hi, i found a few games at go4go, for example: http://www.go4go.net/go/games/sgfview/75188 ... with "Weiqi Rally Tournament" / or "mountain rally racing" ... but no info about it anywhere.

Does anyone know if it is a blitz tournament or what the time settings are?

I searched for rally after weiqi AND rally found nothing. And I don't think it's blitz, I recall watching some games live and it was pretty normal with games lasting hours.
