Zooming / Constraining the rating graph?

My rating graph covers 5 years, during long stretches of which I was idle. Is there a way to set my graph to show only a subset of my career?

But I cannot get my graph to do any panning or zooming with the usual methods of Ctrl+mouse wheel, Ctrl++, or the like.

There should be an area below the graph where you can click and drag to select a certain date interval.

Ah, ok, so the third of the 3 graphs supports the click and highlight, but the first two don't. How unintuitive...
