Hi, I'd guess that both players are around the mid to strong SDK level.
Both have good sense for the whole board imo and show decent fighting and local technique, but still miss somewhat important plays at times.
For example, after W182, Black J11 seems to work, no?

The play is... peculiar. You play as if you understand somethings very well, and others not at all. That dichotomy is very difficult to achieve.
