Yes, quite interesting isn't it. This is the sort of position I'd expect Kageyama to say "This position is great for black, stare at it until you realise this is obviously true, if you can't understand this you shouldn't play go". I think I would probably prefer to take black because I am not as skilled as the bots at reduction, and also the bad aji at h3 worries me. If it white had managed to make the following exchange (there was no timing at which black would have allowed it) then white seems ok:

So can we do a count / positional judgement of the game position? Let's give white the big knight at top left as in game.

In terms of confirmed territory, white top right is about 7 points (assuming white doesn't go for trades). How much is lower left? Looks like black 3-3 might be a ko so we can't count too much of the corner, and black b4 is a fairly easy reduction if you don't mind losing on the outside. But because of the ponnuki white is pretty lifey so many black moves are gote until endgame. Probably giving the b6 b4 exchange to ease counting is too generous to white as it doesn't build so much on the left side with white c13 there, but giving black b4 white c3 is generous to black. So hand-wavey I marked some territory, call it 8 points with the capture. Top left is still open with the big knight. Black's only confirmed territory is 4 points from the capture (only 1 eye if we are being super pedantic/paranoid) but let's give the 3-4 a bit of corner, say 6 points. So for confirmed territory black is 10 points, white is 7+8+6.5 = 21.5.
But how about potential? Top right each has 3 stones and is a joseki so let's give black 7 points of territory/potential for his wall to balance the white corner. It could become a weak group though as well as building right side moyo. r9 stone is what? As valuable as c13? And q3 as valuable as d16? Maybe let's just say they all cancel out. Then we just have tortoise vs ponnuki and k4.
How to value k4 and its effect on j3 area? Given the h3 aji it could become dame / black territory / a fight but it is probably slightly net positive for white (if white gets first move there white might get 10ish points which is more than if black first), let's call it 2 points average. How to value influence of the tortoise? Counting 2 lines out from a wall is an idea I've come across before, with weak walls it's overgenerous but seems reasonable here. So saying top right is even, top left 2 stones = bottom right 2 stones we end up with something like below (due to d4/k4 I didn't give black influence any value on line 6 or under):

Here black has 12 "points" of influence and 4 territory = 16. White has 10+6.5 = 16.5. Huh, so close! (I didn't pick black influence points on purpose to arrange that, honest!). With 7.5 komi as bots have a little more for white (some LZ gave white 60%) Well, this approach has big error bars so I don't know if it really says much with accuracy, but thinking it through like this makes it clear to me white doesn't need to resign

.
P.S. I forgot that in this position black has sente and didn't make any adjustment for that.
