Brand new player to the game despite wanting to try it for years. I've had lots of problems with focus and anxiety but I have finally figured out the root cause and have been making steady progress, so it feels like the right time to dive in to this!
I work for the health service, I'm an avid watch enthusiast, photography hobbyist and lover of music ranging from rock to classical and opera.
Unfortunately the nearest Go club to me s 40-some miles away, so I can't imagine I'll be playing in person as regularly as I'd like, so for now I've signed up to KGS and have just been reading articles and the rules to familiarise myself properly before diving in without at least some idea!
