Unknown bowls and stones

General discussions about gobans, etc., go here. If you're selling go equipment, it should go in the Trading Post.

Unknown bowls and stones

Post by bogiesan »

Can you help me locate these? I found the photo on the AGA site. It is from the 2018 Cotsen Open tournament. Other photos in the album show ING sets and clocks at most tables. This set might be Korean in origin. Can’t tell if the bowls are plastic or painted wood. Stones might be glass or plastic but seems they were used in actual play so likely they are glass.

You can see the rest of the Cotsen Open photos at the AGA Facebook thingy.

Hi David, my guess is plastic bowls, plastic stones.
Surely somebody at 2018 Cotsen knew --
a matter of tracking them down. :)

Thanks, figured as much.

Could do so, yes. But I’m forever hopeful someone else in the community will have an interest in such things.
