4k vs 4k difficult game

Hi all,

Ask for some commentary on this game. I already run on leela but I prefer shape comments and comment on the endgame
In particular some specific question

1) black 29 is joseki but there was a ladder breaker so that move is useless. Leela says to cut with Q13. But what is white plan in that scenario? the cut obv doesn't threaten the two black groups, since they are clearly alive. But what is a sample continuation? Can you explain that?

2) assuming that there's no ladder for white on lower left, is white 30 the correct way to reduce? Is urgent to reduce that? Is the reduction played decent? What to play otherwise?

3) at w 54 what is the istinct move? I was confused on what to play.
