How to install Leela Zero in my pc?

I cannot understand how to use it i donwload leela zero and follow the steps that are said in the readme but im not even sure if it's selfplaying .

What happens when you run the executable in the command prompt? Does it say it's doing tuning? If so, let it run. See if it gives you a text board when it's finished
