Setting up a new room on KGS

The club I attend in the UK is considering switching to online meetings
until the Coronavirus epidemic is over. (The regulars are all over 60, and one is 84.)

Is there any guidance on how to set up a new KGS room for this purpose?

I know about the British Room, so we could use that.

We are likely to use KGS because some members are already familiar with it.
