AGA & KGS

AFAIK AGA holds KGS. Did they give an outlook on what they plan in the future with this Go-Server? Do they plan to move forward or just hold the status quo? Just curious if AGA stuff did comment on KGS and its future.

Isn't it the American Go Foundation that owns KGS now?
