AI REFEREE

On Fox go Server what is precisely "AI REFEREE" button?

I played a game and my opponent continued playing in his territory and alternatively in my territory under chinese rules. Of course he wanted me to triple pass so to not allowing me to finish the game. After some moves I clicked AI referee button and I won the game, but cannot understand why.

More: reviewing the game I noticed that the move before AI REFEREE I was leading by 20 points and When I clicked the estimator for some reason he gave me 10 point lead. But what could have happened if the estimator was wrong and I lose the game? Some clarification needed please and how to deal with that kind of players

It's exactly what you used it for. You need to pass yourself first and/or propose counting. And if the opponent refuses, you can ask for AI review, which will rule the winner, or alternatively that the game is not over.

How to deal with these players: use them as a stamina test, then add them to your block list.
