I am about 1 kyu. And I would like to improve my Chinese while watching go videos.

I have some recommendations. But bear in mind that since I study traditional Chinese, I'm more familiar with the Taiwanese accent. As a result, all the recommendations are from Taiwanese Go players:

The last one will probably the closest to what you're looking for, since he focuses mostly on going over professional games. He even has a couple of videos where he basically paraphrases Redmond's commentaries of the Alphago series in Chinese.
