game between two beginners for review please

I and a friend from work have been learning go. This is maybe our 8th game on the 13 x 13. Any advice appreciated, please.

Three patterns stand out to me, just looking quickly at the first few moves:

• Notice when you're in atari! For example, move 43 should be at F3
• Concentrate on keeping your stones connected and defending against cuts. For example, move 13 doesn't achieve much because it gets cut off. Move 25 is a little bit weak because it's not connected; G6 would have been better.
• Be aware of where you've sketched out some territory, and defend the boundaries, or push into the opponent's territory. For example, move 7 would have been better at M8 (although perhaps even better somewhere near the top left corner), and move 57 could have been at K6 or B8 or F11 instead.

124: did White realize this she was offering Black to kill?
125: did Black realize he was offering White to live with ko?
126: did White realize she was refusing the ko and again offering Black a clean kill?
