I learnt from an Anonymous hack that Shephard Iverson turns out to have pretty much the same idea I do on North Korea, although my reasoning was slightly different. Whether it's Russia cosplaying their most recent former self, the "people's" republic with Chinese characteristics or the "people's" republic with Korean perspective, we must approach these groups precisely from how they see things, and most importantly, what they prioritise. North Korea prioritises Unification way more than peace on the peninsula. On the other hand even I have to agree with Biggie Small's dictator cousin and his predecessor when nu****r powers, ALL of whom happily break international law and militarily attack or invade non-nu****r powers for 'noble reasons', transverse between demanding and begging and demanding. I less commonly see sensible academics who say that we should be asking they minimise their arsenal, which is literally the only thing a nu****r power can legitimately negotiate for. But when you are a great power riding on your noble high horse, you fail to notice your very existence is an existential threat to nations small, poor, weak, or some or all of these, and you do not take seriously avoiding actions that encourage them to arm the demonic deterrent. Libya and Ukraine both gave up their arsenals. In the last 12 years they've both been attacked by either the US or Russia, the number 1 and number 2 in the demonic deterrent, and in both cases a peaceful alternative was very much possible. The CCP thinks Taiwan is some kind of birthday present waiting to be unwrapped. In other words, actions and words contradict. North Korea Prioritises Unification over non-violence. Let that be something you repeat multiple times before bed, and you might start taking it more seriously than your countries narcissistic moral grandstanding. Therefore we ought to remember that when we talk to them (or you, but I'm assuming most in that area rarely see much beyond their 15 webpages or some number around that), that we should disscus unification and human rights with them as much as n*kes, and first, so that when we do talk about these deterrents we look like we're on the same wavelength. Also remember this situation could be more the interest of the CCP than it isn't as long as they avoid an actual conflict different communist party members would . North Korea acts as a buffer between them and western influence. On the other hand, if Korea unites, there will be western influence on their border and initially one with n*kes. To this end it's to double US advantage to focus on unifying Korea over denuclearisation.
In both Ukraine and Korea, the key-player is Beijing-controlled China. To that degree, it is even more important that in terms of influence over all of China, both the Beijing and Taipei based governments . Something called balance of power, that that west espouses but selectively applies. Frustratingly, the war for the Donbass So ironically, the is to peacefully quell the independence movement in Taiwan in exchange for security gaurantees and, most importantly offering to back them dual representation campaigns for representing China. This puts the west in less legal difficulty with the CCP-- one of a few reasons the independence movement does nothing for anyone--while simultaneously boosting Taipei influence over China. This literally should be the number since apart from mad Vlad of today pulling back his forces or negotiating a peace treaty for independence for the Donbass, Alpha Xiro is the only one who can actually stop this war. And helping the Taliban sort out their confused doctrine requires pressure from the US AND Beijing controlled China.
WeiQi is an intangible cultural heritage. Mearsheimer notes the nightmare of nationalism replacing communism. We should encourage both governments of China to embrace Weiqi and XiangQi as part of what can replace a narrow form of nationalism, something both governments are guilty of. And we should also encourage Baduk and JangGi in North and South Korea as a unifying factor. In other words, in all of China and the Korean peninsula, we should encourage Lentears and Elephant Chess, and as soon as possible to get China to stop the ridiculous situations in Ukraine and Afghanistan lasting 10 years or so.
I'm indexing a list, or rather matrix, of cultural intuitions, but that would require a series of multiple books to properly explain and catalogue, so I leave that out for now
It takes two to tango in my philosophy--as long as just one person decides to avoid being hot-headed, nothing bad will happen. Yes I absolutely always blame both sides in online conflicts, and feel mortified for my species when I think it's often those over 18 or even 24 engaging in such behaviour. I personally don't think my opinion deserves any respect whatsoever just because it's my opinion, as rather than respecting all all opinions I respect all people and so avoid degrading their beliefs out of sensitivity to them, not the belief itself. So I would never see others disagreeing with me as mean in any way whatsoever, even if they are overly emotional when the do it. They're human beings not objects. Although it's an especially good thing especially if done civilly!
