Unable to use Go4Go

Hi there. I've been trying to make a new account for Go4Go but I can't get any e-mails from the page with login information.
When I use the "request new password" feature the page tells me that an e-mail has been sent, but I can't find any e-mails not even on spam folder.

Anyone else got this problem? do you know how it could be solved?

I'm saving the same issue, and also not receiving any replies to the contact form (I've tried both my personal and work emails). Did you ever get through to them?

My account is working just fine. But it's an old account. Maybe the problem in with new users.
