Looking for Go players from Texas during my visit there

I'm from Dresden, Germany. I play as rs220675 at KGS. I'll be soon in San Angelo, TX for 2 weeks and I figured it would be great if I can find a player nearby for I never played a "real" game (outside KGS ) anyway, so why not start there. If someone is interested, just post here please.

I live in Dallas, TX, but the problem you'll run into is this: San Angelo seems to be at least 1-2 hours from ANY dense population center.

I recall someone in Abilene posting an ad in the ejournal looking for more players about 1-2 years ago, I think. (it caught my eye, cause I went to school there)

I don't see anyone on the igolocal map in the San Angelo area yet.

It seems you are right guys. Dallas is 4-5 hours away, that sucks. Abilene, Midland, Odessa and all the surroundings would be OK.

I know there are more than one club in the greater Houston area. http://senseis.xmp.net/?TexasGoPlayers seems to be an incomplete list. For example, I know there's a club in the Woodlands that I could put you into contact with if they're the closest. Good luck finding players!
