Unable to access lifein19x19.com

Hey,
In a severe lapse of judgement, I changed some kind windows security option yesterday (which may or may not even be related to this issue), without making a note of what I was doing. Now I kind of miscellaneously cannot access lifein19x19.com. I think chef was citing a similar problem a while ago. I can ping and tracert to lifein19x19.com (ping time, 193ms), tracert last hop looks like

17 190 ms 191 ms 190 ms p3nlhg46c086.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net [173 .201.93.128]

If I try to access http://lifein19x19.com , nothing loads. If I try to access http://173.201.93.128/ it calls the page "default.secureserver.net", the words "Sorry! This site is not currently available." appear but the page never finishes loading.

I have disabled windows firewall. I have trend micro internet security (still enabled, medium).

I am accessing it fine now through some random web-based proxy (anonymouse.org <- is this safe? Am I making a series of terrible mistakes?).

Esoterically - My internet was down last night. Yesterday the site was working fine. I don't know any details about this. My ISP is Snap.net.nz. A second computer on my home network is also not able to access lifein19x19.com, both across several browsers (firefox, chrome, iron, internet explorer). Some other websites also do not work but I have not noticed a consistent trend.

I don't know anything about computers. Have I got a virus ? Any idea what this problem could be or how I could find out more about it ?

Edit: It seems this is probably my ISPs issue. NZ internet has been becoming progressively more troubled lately. I am still curious whether there is a technical aspect of this website and/or its hosting that might be contributing to this problem.

It sounds like it may be a DNS problem at your ISP level... Did this happen fairly close to the time your internet went down?

I once had a problem involving DNS and my computer not being able to get an IP address, and what fixed it (after trying many things that didn't) was resetting the router, which is a pretty painless operation as long as you haven't lost the access codes from your ISP, but you didn't do that.

You can add an entry to your hosts file for L19, or you can switch to an alternate DNS.
