Anyway, you may get lucky, but I would guess that this will not work for you. I have tried to use the foreigner registration page for the Korean client a few different times, but it never works. Then, you can email the address they provide, and you get no response.
If you have a Korean national id number, I would use the standard registration. If you do not have one available to you, I would suggest using the Chinese client, as it is easier to get access to.
