When stopped playing Go I was around 20k on KGS (my rating was 17k but I lost badly against 18k players).
Now 9 months later I wondered if I have gotten weaker and played 1 game in the end of November as 20k.
Since I lost I think I'm weaker then 20k now.
It would be nice if some can lead me to my mistakes and tell me what I could have done better.

I won't analyze the whole game:
* 14: I would have played toward left expanding the group living space
* 20 is too easily cuttable, because of F16
* Not bad how b managed to 60, it needs to invade or at least reduce the w moyo on the left
* 70 has no purpose, perhaps is better fighting to reduce w at the right
* Immediate 96 at m17 was bigger than the move b played
* Maybe 100 at q10?
* 172 at s16 is unnecessary
So keep playing and you will surely get better

I keep that in mind, yes I missed 2 ataris of my stones - I should look more out.

You had the opportunity three times to make a stronger move of the same pattern.
Early in the game, you played just a tad conservatively. This move:

And one last time, this:

Look at your opponent's move 7. It lifts up his position and accosts the enemy stones. You walked along the third rank, not challenging your opponent at all.
BTW, the fourth line is sometimes known as 'the line of victory' and the third line as 'the line of defeat'. Just learn this one thing and you will be a stone stronger.

You can become a lot lot stronger just by playing 9x9 and solving Tsumegos (i.e. goproblems.com). And losing one game, doesn't say you got weaker.
And if you are 20k or 21k you can improve many stones in 3 months.
