A couple of comments:

54 - This should be at either E19 or F19. I believe E19 is better, as then black will have to play C18 if he wants to defend his corner, and that will be in gote. If he blocks at D19 directly, notice how you getting a stone at F19 is sente to kill black's top-middle group. With G19 though, you end up giving black life in sente, and it would have been better to have played nothing at all than that.

I think black's being unreasonable saving his clump of stones around move 65. There's some groups that are just too heavy to try to save. Since your groups on both sides of this clump are strong, these stones are also of little strategic importance. He should tenuki and let you spend another move to capture them, if you choose to.

80 - Why isn't this move at P2? Black will have a hard time entering your right side if your groups on both sides are solid. Instead, he will have to capture your two cutting stones, and then you will have sente. After 81, your M2 stones are dead and the bottom sequence is a failure.

82 - This move doesn't help you.

94 would do better at Q6 I think. That will seal black in (Black P7 is met by White P8) and It doesn't appear to me that black has enough space to live (S6-S5-T7 sequence and S10 being miai for life/death).

160 - Black isn't threatening a cut in the location you defended. If you instead just defended at E11, your groups are all solid and black is dead.
We don't know who we are; we don't know where we are.
Each of us woke up one moment and here we were in the darkness.
We're nameless things with no memory; no knowledge of what went before,
No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be.
