Yutopian or Slate & Shell

Hi in the last year I had buyed books in this two places, and i had different experiences, maybe it was just to have bad luck, so i wanna now if some of you had problems with the service in one of this pages.
And also which other places are to buy go books in english.

Depends were you are located, I guess. Most European countries have a local dealer. There is also Kiseido, of course.

I have dealt only with Slate and Shell's and Kiseido's customer service people. I have nothing but pleasant things to say about either company. Maybe you caught someone on a bad day, but from my experience go book publishers care alot about customer satisfaction since the community is so small. Yellow Mountain imports sells some books and they also have fantastic customer service.

I've had good experiences buying books from both Yutopian and Slate & Shell. Come to think of it, I've never had a problem with any of the Go vendors.

Yeah, the first time the service in slate was good but the last one they didn't answer my emails and the packagge get like a month before the date that was estimated. I want to think that is a one time event.
I wouldn't be mad if they had at least answer my emails.
