Re: How do you want moderating done?
The post was a first post by a new member. Probably one of us who didn't want to be held responsible. My vote is influenced by this fact. Maybe via his IP-adress his 19x19 identity can be revealed. But probably he is clever enough to have used an anonymous computer.

The same IP address doesn't mean it is the same person. For instance, I am on a University network, and so there are several other people who play Go that could post to L19 with the same IP as me.
We don't know who we are; we don't know where we are.
Each of us woke up one moment and here we were in the darkness.
We're nameless things with no memory; no knowledge of what went before,
No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be.

True. It doesn't imply it. But if a person shows up to make one aggressive post against an established member, and they have the same IP address as an established user, it does make you ask questions.
If the database keeps a record of all the IP addresses used by various posters, you could find the number of collisions to give you a rough bound on how likely they could be to happen by coincidence.
