Is it regular freezing temperatures? North Carolina has been colder than average throughout December and January.

It reached a low of -30 C in Ottawa on the weekend. Plain old freezing is looking pretty attractive right now. :)

Since mid-November I think we've had one or two days with plus something (Celsius, not Fahrenheit).
