Pairings Methods in Tournaments
I'm curious. What type of pairings process do most tournament organizers use? If you are a TD do you use software (AGATHA, OpenGotha, PyTD, etc) or do you do it manually? Does it depend on the tournament?

It allo depends on:
- How many participants (roughly)
- How importand the tournament is
-- What is the prize money (is it a serious tournament or a to-honour-the-game tournament
-- Are the players about the same strenght or very different.
-- how long the tournament lasts
and all that kind of things.
