Not sure 100% if this is the case, but the past 3-4 days I have been completely unable to load the ASR website using the several Chinese ISP I have tried. As recently as 5 days ago I was able to access the site without any difficulties.
Is is possible for anyone else to confirm my experience?

Today I got back onto the site for the first time in several days. I'll update if there are any more troubles.
