Piao Wenyao won the first game by resign. Kong Jie misread upper left corner and resolved Ko at bottom. The misreading was probably caused by time. He was in last 1 minute.

Piao Wenyao is also promoted to 9p since he won international title.

There are a number of blogs. I don't know of much beyond them. There's a list at sensei's, though it's a bit out of date, doesn't include everything, and doesn't break down whether they cover pro games or not (http://senseis.xmp.net/?GoBlogs). I do know 361 points and unlimited go cover pro games.
