I got the same, and two really old pm notification (from several monthes ago).

I don't think I got that one, but a few old PM notifications. I thought it was just my mail program being buggy again.

Some users have been complaining of not getting e-mail notifications, and this header seems to indicate that this particular message was stuck in our host's queue for the better part of a year. Unfortunately, email is not my area of expertise, so I don't really have an explanation.

Sorry guys... Fwiffo is right. It was an old message that didn't go through under the previous email settings. Its auto retry timer came up and sent automatically now that our email is working correctly. I sent out a forum message to address this for anyone who doesn't see this thread.
