1-handicap is no dum?

I found it rather curious that the first handicap on Wbaduk is 0 dum. I'm curious to know if white wins jigo as there doesn't seem to be a half-point ever added to white's score.

If a jigo on the board results in a jigo then I wonder why it is done this way on Wbaduk.

No I had a few draws as white it's no win or loss added to the stats
