I seem to easily become a fan of players that somehow stand out. Takemiya for both his easy-going personality and his "cosmic" style. Also, Fujisawa Hideyuki, for how well he managed to play in spite of his alcoholism (or rather, his love for the drink) as well as his solid playstyle. I'm also curious how his granddaughter, Rina, turns out after having become the youngest pro player in Japan. There aren't many SGFs of her games yet (I managed to unearth measly seven games).
