help plz with connecting to igokisen webstie

Ive been tryin to access the http://igokisen.web.fc2.com/topics.html but every time i try says can not display web page. But when I tried on my computer at work it connects... this problem happens in both chrome and explorer. Can someone please tell me if this is a settings issue or something im doing wrong plz.... Thx for any help

the only 2 computers ive trien are my laptop and the 1 at my job.... my laptop the one not letting me for some reason the one at work is fine I havent tried any other computers

Well after awhile of seaching online I was finaly able to use my laptop to connect through one of those annonymous sites but now how do i fix what ever problem thats not letting me access it dirrectly....
